The workshop was very professional and had us get ready for the upcoming long-distance runs.

Our second running course was the Lombard Street rout famous for its zigzag hills. We went up and down the hill…

So our 1st day is about to end with training tube workshop.

It’s so easy and fun working out with everyone! The ambassadors were all so enthusiastic!

The coach taught us how to train very specifically explaining how our bodies are constructed and how muscles move.

Starting our 2nd day off with a 3.5km running by the Golden Gate Bridge!

Finished running our 3rd course, now we have our very last long distance run in Bernal Heights!
